About Me
Realtor Rene Attias
Rene Attias treats the high-stakes decision making that comes with buying or selling real estate with the dignity and respect it deserves. The ambition, trustworthiness, honesty, and care with which she leads every transaction is proof of that and the reason her clients achieve superior results every single time.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, business has always been a part of Rene’s life. With a father who is a restaurant equipment manufacturer and distributor, it was a common dinner conversation that subconsciously molded Rene’s vision of her future self. Eventually joining her father’s business in addition to helping entrepreneurs and industry professionals launch food-based establishments, she developed superlative skills that have transferred seamlessly over to her real estate career. Not only is Rene personable, accessible, and communicative, she is adept at business management, negotiations, sales, and handling any type of transaction with ease. From the nature of a real estate deal to a person’s unique financial situation and life stage, Rene provides the individualized attention and adherence to detail that significantly enhance her clients’ progress and overall confidence.
Highlights of Rene’s real estate career include achieving top-producing status in her first year as an agent and brokering a $5 million deal on a parcel of three individual Brooklyn lots. She specializes in working with sellers in various Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island neighborhoods and consistently achieves top dollar for them, whether it’s through selling residential or commercial properties, multi-family properties, or vacant land for development. Rene’s relationships are equally admirable; from her days at a small boutique brokerage to the cloud-based one she transitioned to, she has formed friendships with her clients that last long after the transaction is complete.
Rene holds a bachelor’s degree in multidisciplinary studies with a minor in journalism. She is married, has two wonderful daughters, ages 11 and 4, and is a member of the PTA. Rene enjoys reading books about real estate as well as lively activities such as swimming, hiking, the beach, traveling, and New York City’s restaurant scene.
